How come this game doesn't have any cars that won the JGTC GT300 championship before the change to Super GT? Looked and cross refrenced, but only GT 300 championship winning car I could find was 2006 Super GT Amemiya RX-7.

They had to make room for NASCAR. I'm only joking.

I'm just happy to see some JGTC/Super GT cars in this game. It is one of my favorite forms of racing.

Yeah, I love the JGTC/Super GT cars. Definitley some of my favorite to drive. I got my pair of Xanavi GT-R's ('03 and '08), and my Amemiya RX-7 '06. All champions, just missing a JGTC GT300 winner. Thinking I'm gonna just try to get the Amemiya RX-7 from '04 and just call it close enough.

I just tried a Ford Falcon XR8, and I found out though it has 250kg &110 more weight & horsepower than GT500 cars, it handles really well, on racing softs & no tuning I had a 6:26 on Nordscheleife, faster than my NSX-R LM RC & most of the JGTC GT500. I've never actually driven any Super GT cars in this game yet, and GT500 cars are largely disappointing to me; they should have much more downforce as in the real life. Remember that the king of FIA GT1, MC12, cannot match their speed in corners!

Oh and acutally most of the GT500 winners in JGTC era were included, say, Castrol Mugen NSX, Tom's Supra, Pennzoil R34, Motul Pitwork Z, it's just the Super GT's GT500 car inclusion seemed a bit ridiculous; they should put 07's NSXs, 06/09 SC430s.

The Ford Falcon XR8 is from the Austrailian "V8 Supercars" series, if I'm not mistaken.

Yep, that car is the lone representative of the Supercar Series from Australia. I wonder if it would have been easier to place the Super GT models as one car but offer different liveries. For example, all of the NSX cars are listed as a 2006/2008 Super GT NSX and then from there have the different liveries.

I do know that, I'm referring to that because I think the JGTC cars in the game are underperforming comparing to what they really were.
