Could be a good thing if they just bring the online physic to offline spec. :)

i added the race/non-production all stock category, let nme know if its alright for you guys, only thing allowed would be oil change.

Hi Mike, yes they are the same car. There are two versions both identical except cosmetics IE red nose cone and yellow nose cone.

@ Ya Pops, come on mate im sure you can get it under 5.30. Ive not had another go offline yet as constantly online and done a 5.27,xxx there. I am still sure there is a good chance a sub 5.20 is do-able offline.
 
If theres really an LMP and non-LMP that are the same car but different livery i will let both time up since they are 2 different cars in the game. Is it right?
 
Mike the car Ya Pops and myself used is the same except nose cone colour and its LMP class. There is also a road going Audi R8 and that one is totally diferent its comes in several quises 4.2, 5.2 engines and a LMS spec one but are again totally different to the one myself and Ya Pops used. Hope that can help clear it up.

Took quite a while to get a decent lap together but I'm still losing a couple of tenths in places. I lost 2 tenths down the long straight because I went a bit wide round the corner before. Going to try and improve another time.

Didn't found this one so i guess it's new. :)

I bought this car just a couple of days after the release and never drove it, now after I tested it the only regret I have is that I didn't test it before, it handles beautiful.

Yeah, cheers mate, I reckon I could too. Not sure about me getting under 5:20 though.. I'm no alien. Mid 5:20's is doable if I had the patience.. Maybe.

Every lap time I've posted has been pretty much a case of: Clean lap, race the ghost once or twice and call it a day :lol: That's why some of the times I've posted are a little on the shabby side.

Well, that's my excuse anyway :D
Major props to the guys working hard to shave those fractions 👍

mikegt3, you were correct. The G27 with the Wheel Stand Pro is a far better experience than the DS3 :D It's pretty amazing how much quicker the corners can be taken now, and the immersion level is much greater :)

Get ready for some more lap-beating :trouble::dopey:

And Alex.p, thanks for finishing those Miatas! If I see one more Miata/MX-5 (or whatever it's called) on this spreadsheet, I'll likely get a seizure :crazy:

And a little note: The number order for the production car table seems to be messed up, I can't figure out how to fix it :odd:

Yeah the wheel is so much more immersive! only thing i dont like in my setup is my wheel stand is not fix on the ground (and im sitting on a chair ive shortened the legs..) if i counter steer too fast it slides and deconcentrate me a little... so i need to drive smoothly! :D
 
It's no big deal, but someone should remove my R8 '01 and Bentley speed 8 times from the spreadsheet as well as a few other duplicates :)

No biggie though.

Rather good lap, don't think I could manage a much better without investing A LOT time.. no big mistakes, just some little sloppyness on few corners. Enjoyed the car, now need to pick the next one. :)

(oil changed, fully broken in)
 
Good job, thats a quick lap :) 7:16 was already quick.
You should really find a way to make video!, i dont feel like uploading your ghost replay on every quick lap time like that lol

Thanks guys, I'm really happy with the lfa lap. Maybe my absolutely perfect lap could be around .5 - 1.0 faster but would take a miracle to get that.

I'll dig up my ixus and see if I can make vids of the f40 & the lfa lap. Damn pd, we really need that yt uploader. Too much hassle now if you want to put a lap on there. :(
 
yeah i agree!, cant wait to see what will be included in the spec 2.0, at lleast replay control will help. :)

Can still improve this lap time by about .5 seconds, with my current tuning setting.

And can't wait for Spec 2 to come out, to try the new physics :D

This one was tough. Gave it all and managed to shave off a whole second. Some minor mistakes though. High 8'18s shouldn't be an issue. Loving this car completely stock.
 
I love the car, but for me in stock form it is just too slow. Using Top Performance Tuning's guide, the car has 253BHP/369kg and with RS Tyres goes and handles VERY well. Top speed around 150mph, I'll try and do a lap for the Tuned Category ASAP, I reckon around 7:00-7:30 is doable. :)

Naa, for the Fireblade you need a Close Ratio Tranny, Semi racing flywheel, Twin Plate Clutch and an Oil change. Its a bit slow off the line but once you get past around 30mph it goes very nicely and the handling is great too!
 
Here's the LFA lap.. will vid the F40 later, was enough trouble with this one already. :crazy:

I just tuned another Caterham and I figured out why my previous one only had 242BHP instead of 255BHP. I figured that you shouldn't intsall the stage 3 turbo, at all, just the supercharger.
