The fast and the furious is a awesome movie. Nos would be a great addtion to any racing game ever made. i am thinkin of puttin NOS in truck that i am driving now. Whoever said that nos is for people who dont know anything about cars obvisouly knows nuthin about cars himself. NOS is a great but dangerous addtion to any vehicle on the planet. NOS should be put on GT4.

Nitrous Oxide on a race track(the kind with several turns) isn't really stupid at all. One might think it is, but it's actually very helpful. My brother's friend's cousin has an RX-7 he races around tracks, and he has "NOS." He also has a huge ass single turbo pushing 500rwhp w/out the nitrous. Anyhoo, you'd be amazed at how hard his car can brake going into turns, and how hard it can shoot out of turns using the nitrous. I almost passed out from the forces of him braking/accellerating when I rode with him. Nitrous helps with turbo lag, and makes you launch out of turns rediculously fast...

Those things would just ruin the game not make it better. Do you see people in the lemans series and races like those running on drag strips or using NOS? No! Adding those things to GT4 would just be plain stupid.

NOS would be gay, let's say ur racing ur friend and he sucks major ass and ur a friggin pro and u beat him in every gt thats out till they came out with the idea to put "NOS" in the game, wouldn't it piss u off that he's always on your ass and he can't even take a corner, i'd piss me off seeing him pass me with his piece of shiet delsol.

Why is it that damn near every car related forum I visit it's the V8's who have 100-150 shots of nitrous oxide, and the imports don't? Imports have turbos, and sometimes nitrous, but more often than not it's the American "muscle" cars I see with "NOS."
Ah, I just love my videos of LS1's with NAWS getting straight up waallllked by lil' ole' imports like Supras, RX-7's, Lexus SC300's, etc w/out nitrous....

I laugh at American cars.okay, NOS means nitrous oxide system it's not the actual nitrous oxide (NO2) for one and two what the hell would you need it for? Nitrous is meant for full throtle conditions and mostly for drag racing anyway. If they made it all realistic using it in and out of corners wouldn't work because you wouldn't have high enough rpm's.

Imports are for people who can't afford gas? I have a $36,000 import. That's about...what...$33,000 more than your Laser... I believe if I can afford that, I can easily afford the 93 octane gas I put in it. Most imports are FAAAAR more expensive than any domestic car. And as far as shopping cart wings, that's not a strictly import thing; that's a "ricer" thing, and I've even seen it on Camaros and Firebirds. Imports are not the worst cars ever made...in fact they have much higher quality than any American car. I love the fact that my Honda, Lexus, and my parent's BMW's don't rattle like cheap plastic pieces of **** like American cars...Oh yeah, and you've been temporarily banned until your signature can be taken care of...
In the future I suggest you watch what you put in your sig...

Using it out of corners won't work? I must have been imagining how hard the RX7 shot out of turns due to the use of Nitrous Oxide then...
And, if the driver knows anything about double clutching(not the type "ricers" refer to) and driving, they can come out of turns at the perfect rpm range; plus there is no "designated" rpm range in which nitrous can be used.

Wow, all this 'domestic' vs. 'import' crap is DUMB. Didn't you read the Who Owns Who threads? How can you define what's import or domestic? Hmm, is a car made at Dodge's plant in Mexico an import? Is a Honda manufactured in the US a domestic? And most importantly, who gives a rat's ass? I think any car should be judged on its own merits, not where it's manufactured or where its corporate office is. Also, The Fast And The Furious sucked...
