happens with HP sometimes too. It registers the wrong values and then readjusts after you get in car or visit tuning. I wonder if it has anything to do with missing thumbnails?
That's a left-over from some update long gone when tyres were moved out of the PP-calculation. All PP's changed, but apparently PP's in your garage-overview are stored independently (sort of like the thumbnails). All PP's only changed after entering the settings-sheet once.
So, most likely, you didn't use the car or go to its settings-sheet since the update was introduced.
Could be just coincidence but I noticed this with some cars that were in my garage and if I left them untouched for quite a while they seemed to have lost power. Like it lost hp because I didn't drive with it for a long time.
It also refreshes when I select it though.
