I don't understand why there would be an expectation for a 1.12 today if there is a known maintenance period tomorrow.

At the earliest, the update would come after the second maintenance period if at all.

Honestly I think that there was a lot of hope for something today because we've been waiting since January.

That occurred 3 months after the release (or even sooner). Since then the active player count remained constant - at least judging by amount of participants of the seasonal events.

Several of the advertised features are out and we got a few that were not advertised as well.
Still a couple of biggies missing though. Community features and course generator.
Early on I wanted B-Spec right away but at this point I do not care when or even if B-Spec arrives

By the time the advertised features even comes out, people will be playing Project CARS and other new racing games coming out this year. :sly: Too bad PD is the slowest developer to bring anything out ever.

Two server maintencances? Maybe they're getting ready for community features which will probably need new servers...

I enjoy it if some of my friends are online to race with. If not, then the game disc is basically a beverage coaster. Offline, the game is rather useless (except for taking photos from online races).

I play with it too, My son ,who's almost 3, enjoys his dad trying to hide the cars behind him ;P

Yuuup, all the Next Gen Racers release very soon, Project Cars, The Crew, Drive Club. They gonna keep me busy aloooong time. Meanwhile people still waiting for updates... and my PS3 collects dust :D

So hurry up PD give me something to return except chase the rabbit seasonals !!!
