seeing this thread really makes me want a GT2/Clubsport. I have my g27/playseat/ms wheel posted locally for sale. Lets hope I get someone to snatch it up, so I can order one of these bad boys.

Wait till you get the Fanatec stuff in hand before you sell your current setup - shipping delays are their speciality, so you might end up with no wheel for months as you wait for them to fix up what ever their latest shipping/supplier cockup is.

Just saying....
 
Ya, I thought about that. But would not be too upset if I had to wait. Plus, not sure if the wife will let me go for it, till I have the money in hand. lol.

I placed my order on December 4th for the Clubsport Package and the Rennsport Wheel Stand. It looks like four of the five packages are on the move (to London) with an expected delivery date of Monday. The fifth one either hasn't been received by UPS (or is waiting to be updated). Just my luck, that will be the one with the wheel in it. :)

Ha you know what you're right about the mouse being shipped in that bag! Mine was as well. I can't believe you did not get the paddle shifters, keep us updated on that. My wheel and CSP's were delivered 3 days after my shifter/mouse so I know for a fact I was staring at the CF paddles and such during that time.

I just recieved an email that they will be getting a set of paddles shipped out to me. All is good!
 
I received mine this afternoon as promised by UPS. Ordered on 4th December.

I tried to set up as much as I could in my lunch break - but didn't get very far. I'm really impressed with the look and feel of the wheel and the quality of the Clubsport pedals. The Rennsport Wheel Stand seems to be sturdier than my old Wheelstand Pro. Can't wait to play it tonight!
 
Hi Kid Krinkle. Aside from the shipping was there any other costs, i.e. Duties, addtional brokerage fees on your shipment from Germany? I live in Michigan.
I'm building 2 sims for my daughter and I. Is the GT2 and pedals worth the money.

Had the email from fanatec yesterday saying we will ship now.

Nothing off UPS yet. Does it take awhile for UPS to send an e-mail.

They make PD look quick.
 
Received everything except for the wheel, which has been in customs since the 25th of February. Also when i opened and inspected my pedals they already had the brass bushings in them. Any of you had the same thing happen? I'm afraid that these pedals aren't new and were someones defective pedals that got refurbished.
