Does anyone know the name of the roller coaster seen in between the seats on the main straightaway on the GD/P section? It always catches my eye and want to do some research on it to find out more info.

The coaster is called Ring Racer. It would have been the fastest in the world with 0 - 134.8 mph in 2.5 seconds. But recently Formula Rossa at Ferarri World in Abu Dhabi took the record with 0 - 149.1 mph in 4 seconds.
