Are the cars bought from the online collectors dealership already run-in even when they have been driven zero distance? I ask as I don't seem to be gaining the usual few horsepower after driving around for a bit.

The break-in rate is different for each car. I think basically a low-HP car has a longer +HP rate and a high-HP car has a shorter +HP rate, but both goes in a linear manner.

I understand the increase is probably a percentage of the engine power, but I havn't gained ANY hp (not even 1/2 or a 1/4hp according to my engine limiter) off some of my newer purchases after being driven around 150 miles.

Looks like dirt dirtbiker is right, thanks for clearing that one up I'm strange enough to really care about those 2hp so now i can rest easy knowing that I already have them
