I seriously doubt that these numbers represent GTS' DR accurately.

That table is for player level, not DR. This is the DR breakdown for GTS. (S = A+)

I think it will be. It seems to be moving up or down the ranking take a little more effort/action than it did in GTSport. I don't have enough evidence to confirm this, but that's how it has appeared to me.
