Actually, I heard from a cousin of a friend of my grandma's old roommate from college... and apparently it's going to be called GTA 4 : Europa, and will take place in 2643, on Jupiter's moon, Europa, after it's colonized in 2587.

This is totally 100% legit news, guys.

I saw some info in an issue of Game Informer. Wasnt much. I forgot what city it was going to be in. They only had two bits of info, and they were really little bits so It doesnt really matter anyway.
