Yeah, but like you said.....it is a season pass for future DLC throughout the year once it becomes available. The poster is making stuff up.

No, I don't think he was talking about the season pass.
 
The only way I could see somebody saying "$20 of DLC for FM4 already" is comparing the LCE to the regular edition of FM4. Though that's a slippery slope considering how much the special editions of GT5 ran.
