im going to post a picture of my ferrari in a little bit anyone want to do a little practicing and testing later on today?

Question... can we have a FULL list of cars for GT that are participating please? And at least some way of discussing this if everyone has their own thoughts on what should enter?

Ah and here's a pic of my lovely Audi R8 in Shoren-in. Nice and clear view of what my colour scheme has ended up as. Was hoping for a darker colour on the body though, mind you.

Cool car and what cars do YOU want to see then the full list do far is posted

Well I was looking at a YouTube video of the Rolex 24 at Daytona, and I noticed that there were cars including:

Ferrari 458 Italia
Porsche GT3
Mazda RX-8
Dodge Viper
Chevrolet Camaro SS
Audi R8
BMW M3
Chevrolet Corvette

Is that the 2012 race and were all of those cars in the GT class

Yes, I'm sure of it. Watch this video for about 30 mins or so and you'll see those cars in there. I thought there was a Ford Mustang in the Rolex 24 at Daytona too, but thus far I haven't seen it.

I saw one or two but of that list id say viper for sure should be added and maybe another

A corvette but other than that we have the others

Let's keep the gear ratios open though and should we add the infinity?

just add all of the cars that are there and we will update acording to what the weight is of those cars for the Corvette it don't matter which on and for the 350z use the one in the gran turismo garage

Ya meet me in my lounge after you buy all of the new cars

polarbear, sorry I couldn't participate on the pre-season race 1 yesterday, it's just that an electrical storm happened, so lights could gone off at any moment and I didn't want to leave in half the race or risk my PS3's HDD, but I'll be on Daytona for sure!

Got off its a really nice day here and I'm going to play baseball with some friends I'll be home in a little bit none of the cars are expensive the infinity is a solid 5 seconds slower than my 458 the viper may work just have to decide which one

I am doing lap times in the region of 1:50.XXX with the Viper SRT10 on softs (Would be a waste to use the ACR version since the BHP needs too much of a cap, much like how the 5.2 Audi R8 is inferior to the 4.2 R8 for the same reason.). The back tyres hold out well, and I'm only doing roughly 1 second slower per lap on a RMF/RSR setup for tyres.

Ya acr has to be tones down from like 579 hp or something like that the infinity is out because I fully tuned that thing and it was slower than you know what

Series testing now room number is 1472-6118-3830-2748-4381

my two options for the gt class: 458 italia and r8 4.2

Currently running in the 1:48's with the 4.2 R8 on Daytona, with Racing softs and the 450bhp/1285kg set up. I can run a good 6-7 laps on them without performance falling too much through wear and tear before needing to pit in.
