Official Shift 2 Show Off Your Custom Livery Thread

[Syntax error]

I know a fair few of you like to mess around with the livery editor, as difficult and frustrating as it can be to use. We currently have people posting in photomode thread and the livery editor thread so I thought we ought to have central thread purely for showing off your hard work.

** Please don't confuse this with the photomode thread. This thread is only for showing off livery you have created yourself.

** Keep it to a maximum of two shots per vehicle. Everyone generally gets the picture in two shots, anything more is just clogging the thread needlessly.

Thanks. I'm using the PC, however the livery editor is just as hard to use on all platforms unfortunately. That Union Jack on the lotus was not an easy task I can tell you. On the plus side, the difficulty in creating liveries certainly increases the appreciation for others work

I feel like a bit of a dill putting mine here now because it's pretty lame, but I do really love the amount of options the paint/stickers and rims give.

I'd be great if we could increase the sensitivity in the move function though.

Very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to add in stripes to the "top" back of the car to complete it. Apart from that, it looks epic 👍

Thanks. Maybe partly inspired by the old Benneton F1 car.
I know it'd be a licensing nightmare but I wish they had vinyls from larger corporations that are linked with racing - like Voda, Red Bull, Shell, Mobil or whatever. I'm no corporate fanboi but I don't know 70% of those car part manufacturers they have in the editor.

PS., your Z car looks ace. Was the southern cross added in photoshop?

You need to put the gradient on top (the roof) and move it to the back of the car. It took me some time to figure this out with the bonnet as well

PS., your Z car looks ace. Was the southern cross added in photoshop?

Thanks. I did it manually in the editor. It took a long time to get right. The stars in the editor are 5 point starts, so I placed one on top of an other and rotated the top star to get more points.

Damn, I feel nooby...

You have to upload 'em to Autolog and download them from the NFS website using the same account you used to play online/sign in to Autolog with.

In general I like my cars matte black, as you can see... The S3 is only blue cause its close to my real A3s colour!
