Official Shift 2 Show Off Your Custom Livery Thread

No offence taken guys, but just for fun, I will change the paint around and fix the detail work in the front. Will upload tonight when I get the chance. I am also considering adding some more details to my Viper and messing with the color combinations on my Lotus and 722. If you guys read this in time, feel free to throw some color combinations my way and I will definately try them out. I've tried many color combo's and black/green,royal purple,or orangy-gold pearlescent seem the best to me. Input?

I think you should use whatever colours you feel like. Taste is a personal preference and what I like might not be someoe else's cup of tea.

The detail work should be always improved of course :)

Well i would but the custom livery bug is still there, so i have a primered escort to show for 2 hours of picture perfect zebra striping
 
I need help drawing a really small padlock vinyl, any ideas?

Before anyone asks its because my mini cooper is lime green with a black hood.

Once thats taken care of all we need is a reliant robin to race against

I purchased this game a couple of days ago, and however it was heavily criticized, I'm having big fun right now, mostly with the legends pack cars and tracks (awesome vintage racing atmosphere)
I haven't unlocked most items in the livery editor or textures at the paintshop yet, but I managed to design my first car anyway. I named her "El Calamar" (The Squid) as a tribute to my country and fútbol team colours.

PS: Did someone figured out why no numbers or letters at the livery editor? I think EA maybe have tried to avoid people from writing offensive words on cars, but why not numbers? It's a pain in the a** to draw types with primitive objects :(
 
Just asking, when you go out on the track with your custom livery, does yours appear to move of where you first placed it, if so, how do you fix it.
 
My try to replicate the R32 Unisia Jecs Skyline livery. Too bad you can't put letters or numbers, so I had to do it without them :(
