yep...video game releases are based on quarters of the year...think of it as seasonal if it helps...4th qaurter would mean winter..most likely a christmas release

just got my rx7 over 2000km and now the engien change option appears..

my rx7 maxed out on level 8 upgrade on normal engine is 588ps 5spd manual


wahts inthere is 3 options
normal, n/a, and turbo
theres like 4 stages/setup of n/a they'rel like I4 V6 V8 etc...
then theres turbo where u can pick rotary, V8, V6, I6, I4 theres like 10 options

each engine have different power & torque cuve, I picked the I6
becuase it makes power all the way to redline and it has 720 something ps I forgot ... also the V8 is heavier... now my car is prety fast and the new engine comes with a 6 speed gearbox but the car is a lot heavier and handling isn't as good anymore

the engines are expensive I only have enough money to upgrade once hahahaha

the cool part is you can switch back to the stock one anytime

The "V"s are heavy! the car might have slower acceleration but the top speed..uhm.. of course easily can reach more than 350km/h

My rx-7 equipped with F4 engine and already reaching 340km/h without boost and with boost more than 360km/h

I played one more round this time, so that I don't want to miss any wanderer at the area but some of them are damn fuzzy, e.g. round the parking are one time, appearance. I was wondering where the hell is that parking area?

the side affect of using an inline 6 im guessing, hehe ....i personally would stick with a rotorary (3 rotor swap if possible) but to each his own...

god, the possibilities of engine swapping is jsut setting in, for some reason "v8" and "supra" just sound so go0d together.....or maybe 3 rotor skyline (revs to high heaven, reduces weight on the chunky gtr and can still make ass loads of power )......my goal in this game is too make the supra rz respectable to make up for the embarressing showing in txr0....but i still love the r32 and fd3s so im just gonna have to buy them all!!!

it was either really heavy V8 turbo or the I6 the V8's power falls off like mad towards the end of the power curve the I6 goes straight up and hold power up top... but I guess the torque is better maybe they're good for top speed or something i"ll try all the engines today w/o saving.

the rotary only put out like 520hp it was the weakest engine swap.

i mean i know i6's are known for a linear power band with heaps of torque but this really suprises me..a v8's power curve falling off?? and the i6 keeps on going???? maybe im still really american when thinking v8's just keep giving when it comes to torque........and the more cynlinders, the more push the engine has up top...weird

the rotary only put out like 520hp

that kinda blows, i can almost recall a few articles where a 2 rotor has put 500whp to the ground, a 3 rotor should be go0d for at least 700+....remember midnight cinderella's rx7 in txr0?? if i remember correctly i got it over a 1000hp with the last engine tune, and it was 3 rotor.... ...
