I found this article most interesting indeed: http://www.grandprix.com/ns/ns20223.html

yea I think this is going to come back to bite him in the ass!! (not that he'd mind!)

Last September the FIA World Motor Sport Council judged the McLaren team, based on the existence of a number of text messages and telephone calls which were supposed to indicate McLaren guilt. The right to use that information was challenged by McLaren on the basis that it was not acquired legally. This was Mosley's response.

"The World Council’s only concern is whether that list is accurate and truthful," he said. "We are not concerned with whether there are issues over how that is obtained. Unless there is evidence that it is forged or inaccurate, we will take it on its face value. We do not enter a debate about Italian law; we have neither the time nor the skills for that."

The FIA General Assembly will now meet to discuss "the widespread publicity following an apparently illegal invasion of the FIA President's privacy".

I agree with David Hobbs when he said, this kind of deviant behavior shows a lack of character that doesn't belong in a world wide endeavor. (not an exact quote, it's just what I can remember him saying)

I am just annoyed that some critics point to the past of BMW and Mercedes-Benz when referring to the companies' actions in this scandal, including the fact that both companies provided staff cars for Hitler and his henchmen, and BMW manufactured aircraft engines for the Luftwaffe. Mainly the Toronto Star, though.

Makes one wonder what a surveillance van was doing outside of the room anyways... unless prostitution is illegal?

Well, Max will learn his fate on June 3rd. According to SkySports they'll be holding a General Assembly hearing to discuss the allegations and the future of Max Mosley.

Just great. This a.m. I checked Yahoo/ UK & Ireland to browse... Now Porche & VW claim they'll not be entering F1 anytime soon due to Max Mosely scandal. Nice. Real Nice.
Any Brits here know where Max lives? Maybe stop by and 'give him the business'... Or in the spirit of Gran Turismo, run him down with a Mini (any car would do, extra 'points' with Renault,LOL). Seriously, Max cannot leave too soon. Webber deserves respect for having A opinion. He's openly critical against Max. Balls!

Not to mention the whole 'dominating sports cars' thing.

Hit him in a Mini and you'll be more hurt than him. :)

He's Australian. They're openly critical against everything. (:D)

Max won't leave just like that; he'll want to set someone up to replace him who shares his opinions and agrees with his plans for Formula 1. I can't see him leaving any time soon until that happens.

He was set up, of course, by people a lot smarter than he (i.e. they haven't been caught.)

And he deserves it, because he has become an arrogant, unreasonable, small-minded and morally questionable member of the human race.

Formula One overall will neither miss him nor mourn him.

Oh please! They've been asked several times before about joining F1 and they've flatly denied it! Just say you're scared of F1, and not because Max got with a couple of ho's. What a poor excuse!:grumpy:👎

I found this funny and had to post it, oh Max...not many friends left now eh?

Formula One teams are reportedly hiring 'paddock spotters' to avoid being pictured alongside Max Mosley at the Monaco Grand Prix.

The disgraced FIA President is expected to be in the Principality next week after lying low for the recent Bahrain, Spanish and Turkish races.

He has been adopting a low profile after lurid allegations about his private life appeared in the News of the World.

The scandal still threatens to overshadow the centrepiece of the Formula One season, particularly if Mosley appears in the F1 paddock.

While only a few teams have publicly called on Mosley, who faces a FIA hearing in Paris next month, to consider his position, they are all reportedly united in their reluctance to be seen in his company.

Warning

The Times claims that one team principal has told the newspaper that they 'will keep an eye on Mosley so they can avoid him and have even considered an informal scouting system around the Monte Carlo paddock to warn them of his presence.'

Another team source said almost all the teams were making preparations to avoid Mosley.

The source, who added that "furtive conversations" on this issue between teams had taken place at Istanbul Park last weekend, said: "The safe majority of teams are considering what they should do about their important people in terms of interaction with the president of the FIA at Monaco."

While the farcical situation underlines the extent to which Mosley's position appears to have become untentable, the man himself is said to be determined to attend the event, regardless of the furore it is bound to call.

Aside from being the crown jewel of the F1 calendar, Monaco is also considered to be the most important commerical event of the year, with a host of high-profile and lucrative business deals conducted during F1's brief stay in the principality.

I just saw this @ Planet-F1, apparently MMosely plans to attend the Monoco GP. The royal family won't meet or even shake hands with him and will be actively avoiding him. The FIA will be sending deputy president Marco Piccini to be the 'official' representative. I was surprised when this story broke and this thread started at how many felt this was a "private matter". Anyhow his fate will be decided shortly in June.

The meeting is this tuesday but today Bernie Ecelstone asked him to step down before then. So I'm sure its going to be a case of 'good ridince' to Max.

$10 says Max's replacement will be a Maoist vincilagniac.

I was wondering what all the fuss over Max was about at the Monaco Gran Prix.

He's such a kinky boy! Well done, Max! This should give the F1 the publicity it's needing. 👍

Oh, and c-ya.

I thought the comments from Bernie would have killed him off.

Shameful day for the FIA, destroying their image.

So I guess it's okay to be a Nazi sadomasochistic bastard?
In one's own private quarters, I see no reason why not. I think all of us do things in privacy that wouldn't be taken too well in the public. And that includes as simple things as going to the bathroom.

I respect your opinion, however I remain displeased with the decision. Ones use of the bathroom (okay, I suppose this depends on who we're talking about; I don't watch folks in the restroom..) is little in comparison to a figure of his stature.
