and just click save... then it pops up in the game.

That's all you have to do, then in the game it shows up in user created tracks.

You don't need to be friends, just have the PSN id of the person that made the track

I assume you're making the 2001 version. If so, Turn 1 needs to be a bit tighter, it was a 3rd gear corner then and now i'm taking it with less braking and more quickly. The stadium section needs to be tightened at the hairpin and the final corner and the corner entering the stadium section is usually in 4th, i'm entering it in 2nd.
