Blue car is wrong. No question. He took that guys line away - very shameful driving. Red car had a right to that spot.

Hard to watch the video with it paused so much, but it's really hard to say. The blue car was already in the middle of the track, and it's unknown whether or not he even knew you were there.

If it were my series I would chalk it up as a racing incident and call it a day.

I think the Blue car clearly moved a few feet to the right taking away the room that the Red car had.

Since this is the start of the race I would call it that too. And maybe watch the driver closely next races.
If he's using cockpit view it's even harder to judge, as the Motul GTR doesn't have the mirrors at sight.

Or just simply ask him if he knew you were there? Don't be so quick to judge without hearing their side of the story... 💡

I would agree with a warning, in the cockpit view with the limited rearview, it looks like he is trying to take line by getting in front without contact. The lane shift is very gradual, which leads me to believe contact was not intentional. That said, the exterior view clearly shows the red car had already taken the line, but the contact looked pretty soft, it's posable the blue car didn't realize it. IMO
