I need advice for the downloading of the online bit, i keep tryin to but every time it will fail, do u need to do it on a JPN account or what?

Restart your PlayStation 3 each time it fail. It might help if you are logged in to your JPN account, as well.

Do i need to download the patches before i can play? or the patches are when i go online from GT options?

I don't know if you _need_ to, but when I installed mine, it automatically went through the online updating.

yeh after i install it. it told me to ubtate.. but i think i click cancel button...

i just wanna go single player mode for a week and earn some cars before i upgrade


and does the patches add something to single player? like more penalties? better AI? or anything like that? or is it just for multilayer online play?
