If we get everyone together later today though, we could have full GTP grids everytime thanks to low turnouts, its made for us.

good point, if there is enough of us we can sort that out.

i think PD is working on us, on the next update i think 600PP will either have less grippy tyres i.e. n1-s1 or power will go up if the s2's stay to 6650-700. PD is training us i think.
 
Pen mightier than sword is a euphemism - wit beats muscle. This has never been empirically proven but, even if it had, it's not an argument for driving underpowered, oversteering jalopies on the same track as proper fast cars. You want to put this argument to the test, fine, you bring a biro and I'll grab a dirty big claymore, we'll see whose head comes off first :sly:

Not a problem. 👍 Plus, I was already way behind after getting rammed twice by the same guy.

Today I've been making the transition from AWD to RWD, so I'm yet not as fast or confident (not that I was particularly fast before) as I was with the Evo, but I'm practicing to improve and I'm getting half-decent now.
 
I'm bringing my beginner car project to 750PP, fast 750PP racing for the average joe driver is the name of the game with this car :). Coming at xx:15 if my foods not ready before then, then every xx15,xx30,xx45,xx00
 
750pp already has more than it's fair share of beginners. Just sayin.

No worries, my beginner car is designed for fast and easy motoring around Suzuka. It's proved a success, just screaming away to a 12 second lead against 2 GT LMs and 2 Amuse S2000s before the host quit.

EDIT: Beginner car running 2:01s in my hands :)

I have a 007 special you wouldn't get near me :) or we could have a 1 on 1 in COD and put it to practice :)

Looks like the servers ate overloading today, way to many disconnections
 
Does anyone else have their cars repeatedly losing grip as soon as you enter the 3rd lap?
I'm getting this a lot, the car is dancing all over the place, regardless of my racing position...

when i get disconnected all the cars fly to the side of the road, crash into the barrier and i race for another 15secs by my self and then it says disconnected.

Horrible EA memories.....NO MAKE THEM STOP!!! Unless EA has managed to get all the staff of Westwood Studios back together and given back the name and give them a building in Las Vegas and let them work on the C&C games again, Red Alert 3 will be pants.

Off topic, but reading that causes me to remember very bad things that happen in the games industry....

apparently meant to be perfect, just like RA2 but with better gfx, story line etc and one more faction. all old men and voices are in there so it should be good. i will wait for the reviews before i buy but the trailers look promising lol.

i'm coming online now.

An MR car relying on forced induction for power will never be a muscle car, come on.:p Some people argue that Corvettes and Vipers aren't muscle cars either, I disagree. By the way P3nT4gR4m, when we did have some clean track together I was beating you in the splits very easily, and I won one race in that Elise when I didn't get punted so badly.💡 I knew you did get punted in that race though, badly. We'll have to try a re-match some time, but not today.

Well, you were closing in one me when I was in the lead (till you suddenly where gone, didn't see what happened), so you were still fast 👍. Did it take you a long time to adapt to racing with the wheel? I'm also considering to buy one and make a setup with a seat, but I don't really have the space for it at the moment.

I made a mistake! :ouch: I seem to be just as quick with the wheel, did not take more than a few laps to get used to using a wheel again. Its a lot more fun for sure. I can only imagine how much better it is with a g25 though. :)

Will be in the XX:15 race and then back after Moto gp. 👍

Would have been further up the pack in the XX:15 race, but AMD87 in his white evo thought it was ok to nudge me off at turn 1 and clear off and leave me in the kitty litter. Still had fun though.

Not according to the video.

Nudged you going into the first part but your car was fine then ran wide in the second half of the corner but never touched you,got a collision penalty from ether the F40 or the skyline though.

Still if you think i hit you off i guess it makes up from when you pushed me off earlier this morning? :)
