Looks very functional to me, i can't see if it's rigid, i guess the wheel will rock sideways a bit and perhaps it tilts a bit, but it looks very raceable.
Edit: Okay okay, it's very rigid, that's good ;)

I'll post a pic of my rig too (one day ;)) so you can have little laugh 👍

I dont remember that. First time Ive seen your name is in that race earlier. Still, I am sorry if that is the case.

I always wait for someone if if I know I have hit them, and maybe caused them to go off.

The Rig is very rigid. It does not move at all. Mk 1 Elise seat with pump up lumbar support + a couple of cushions because my legs are not as long as my mate's! :) I will be back @ Suzuka for XX:30. 👍

only got the recorder back yesterday as it was away to be fixed so hadnt changed it back to the high res settings and also these recorders dont seem to like games.

As you can see it was laggy going into the first corner then at the second part i clipped the skyline getting the penalty when it starts to run wide but i was still braking with the F40 was trying to go round the outside where you were.From the view i was using i could still guess i had at least half a car width before your car,The F40 also then seemed to take a while to come back past so i donno if he was heavy on the brakes as well.


Yep both you and Racer_LP were using my evo as a break and wall earlier on this morning,i was saying to a few memebers on msn this morning if i had missed a mail this morning saying that instead of using brakes,just use the evo in front :lol: .

i did hit you once going into the 1st part of the corner you can clearly see you had control of that as you car was lined up going into the second part of the corner and had begun to turn in,never touched you at the second part when you went off,you cant even hear an impact which you would do so safe to say it wasnt me that nudged you off.

no video of that because the recorder was charging but yous did in at least 3 seperate races going into the 1st,2nd and 3rd corners and into the hairpin and the chicane.

First contact, no doubt.

Second contact, not there on holdens video because i believe a slight lag caused the contact to hyperuk, there's no way that car careened off like it did on it's own.

On his screen though he didn't actually hit you, thats where i think a slight lag came into play, think yourself lucky, some old PS2 games players could be up to 10-15 metres behind on screen from where they actually are ALL THE TIME because of slow servers.

Look, I just want to let this go. :sick: Watching his video for the 5th time, it is 100% clear to me that he hit me twice. You can see his car recover after the 2nd nudge. End of.

I looked at it again on full screen, and i have to say now it does look like he hits you again, possibly bouncing off the skyline, possibly not. Either way he does appear to hit you.

Very good example why people get so angry in GT5P. You cant win on the first corner, so why cant you just brake early and let others go and find their place. Then you can pick them one by one safely, and most of them will drive wide somewhere anyway.


That pass on the hairpin was very dirty too.

All I see on that vid is some overly aggressive driving with little attempt to avoid contacts, and lack of patience to wait for a better chance.



Just ran a few on Suzuka 600, it would've been great if not for the punters.
Was having terrific races with RudiRaser and Truth123 until someone decided I should 'leave'... :rolleyes:

Be careful when you find this guy: burton68tb [IT]. He'll use every dirty trick in the book to not be overtaken or to gain position.
I already sent him a message telling him to drive properly and stop acting like a jerk, so far no reply. (they usually don't reply, go figure...)

Aye, I've raced him many a time before, so much in fact, that he now waits for me if we are having a close race and I go off.
A good race between me, him and GTRP_Monza earlier today.
 
Was just doing a few races on Suzuka pp750, but gave up after this guy Cahin-caha [FR] screwed them all up for everyone.
Dirtiest guy I've seen on pp750 races so far. He has no problem ramming, cutting to ram, shoving, blocking, weaving, brake-testing... you name it.

Damn asshole, if I see his name on the line-up again, I'm out of that race.

Plenty of them on prologue. Had a guy in a black evo brake check me earlier on Suzuka 600pp, long time since anyone done that to me. Some people really do take the biscuit! :grumpy:
 
Latest trend (new to me at least) seems to be stopping your car on the chicane when the guy following you is pretty close after the brake.
It stops you while giving them momentum and you have no chance of following them through the straight and slipstream.
 
nice racing with you GTP_Bollox from (AU), your a quick racer..i nearly lost it a few times but just managed to keep it together. 👍

EDIT: Back to the Audi. The Subaru is powerful, but it wobbles too much in throttle reaction. Great fun (power sliding the hairpin). Sarlech, last (beginning) you went first and I went from 12 to 3rd before the host disconnected... Could have been fun.

Now I'm out of sync... I'll try to find you guys...
