I got "Kimi'd" at the hairpin and flew off into the gravel. Aswell I had to get onto the grass to avoid that Viper on lap 1 going into the Cassio, it wasnt the Vipers fault because he did get out of shape on the run up to it.

Kimi'd :) everyone wants to be him judging by some of the driving out there.

Had to park it in the gravel in the last race there for a minute, sorry about that. Why didnt you and Ardius cross the line at the end though?

Some tool from france kept knocking me off at every opportunity so I parked on the last bend and Ardius parked behind me.

Yeah, sorry for that, I couldnt see you that far back in my rear view mirror when I moved back onto the racing line, so I thought i was fine. Ah well.

Having a bit of bad luck tonight and too many rammers.
What was GTP_NOS doing? Way to hold up the whole field! :dunce:

Thats enough racing from me for tonight, I'm getting too tried because I messed up the hairpin twice and got in peoples way (sorry GTP_Donk) although the 2nd time I did have a bit of help from a GT-R Nissan!

Me and NOS have been drifting, hence my super slow start, problem was NOS got caught in the moment and went in mid pack throwing it sideways. I've told him he owes you an apolagy.

sorry bout that

Lol i've been letting everyone by, NOS just had his moment of glory that one time. Was hilarious to watch i must say.

Yeah, Im sure everyone was getting pretty frustrated through the esses, 3 cars were stuck behind his sideways 350z, I ended up shunting a couple by accident because they kept braking suddenly to avoid him, lol.

No probs, I thought you and the other GTP_ driver were gangin up on me @ the chicane.

GTP_NOS you looked like he were having lagging issues when I passed you coming out of the esses. Scary.

Keep in mind guys that waiting in the back for a driftsession (and falling way behind) has a big impact on the drivers in front of the online race!

My average 2:22.00 at Suzuka 600pp will slow down to sometimes 2:40.00 if there are 1 or 2 cars way behind. And it is not a lot of fun driving with such a big difference in griplevel when your racing for the top spots. Not to mention the unwanted gravel excursions because of different braking points. :indiff:
So please wait for personal servers or when rubberbanding can be switched of if you want to stay (way) behind for whatever reason. :)

Guys were finished the race just as fast as normal time wise, 7:10-7:20, My lap times have never been slowed more then they already are from the front, just lap times rocket from the back.

As far as I know, the online boost doesnt actually affect the leading cars, its just that it boosts the back ones. It doesnt take anything away, just adds more to the people behind.
Obviously, it would seem like its taken away something if you have gone from 4th to 1st, but thats because the boost is less not because the car's performance has been reduced.

It does 100% affect the lead car by slowing them. In 750 PP I can lose as much as 5sec per lap when I'm in 1st place, not being pressured.

It does effect you less, but boost seems based on your position, if you're first boost won't change based on how big your lead is. Notice how once your first if seconds not in your slipstream, you can pull away quite easily regardless of how big the gap gets. 5 seconds becomes 6 the same as you can turn 6 to 7.

Eek.. managed to sand-bag two of our racers just now at Suzu. The 599 is err... lively to say the least. Apologies posted to Grim_Reaper and hyperuk. :guilty:

Thought you had it in for me, although I just rearended you because of the tool in that red ferrari.

I noticed this yesterday with the F430, lol. It may have been changed since pre-update it seemed that you would get 4sec lead easily but then it got harder.
