Example of how the OOE Cup race videos will look on YouTube:

OOE stands for One Of Everything as we will race every type of drivetrain, aspiration,
tyre and degradation setting available in GT6. These five cars cover five different drivetrains,
four different aspirations and we'll use three different tyre compounds and three different deg-
radation settings as well as use cars from manufacturers in three different continents and race
at tracks in the same three continents.

The five races will take place every Thursday in March at 21:00 GMT time zone.

Race settings:
Practise / Endurance Race lobby
Club only
Qualifying: 2 laps
Race: 25 minutes
No boost
No penalties
False start check
Real grip and slipstream
Light damage
Driving options: ABS only
No car tuning

Room stability:
No voice chat
4/5 stars (recommended by PD)
No visible damage
14 cars maximum
Driver visibility count before qualifying
No restarts (no exceptions, due to previous experiences)
If the host (me) disconnects the race will proceed anyway.

If not all drivers are visible the room will be reset.
If it still doesn't work the race will be postponed to the following Thursday
at the same time. Hopefully things will run smoothly.

I hope this has sparked some interest in a few drivers. This is something I've
wanted to do for a while, to see drivers tackle all the different elements of the
cars in the game. The goal is for us to have at least eight cars on the grid.

Sign up in this thread with a car number of your choice and please use Type E on your cars.
The font doesn't matter, that is entirely up to your personal preference.

This Cup uses simple rules:

* Two wheels inside the white lines at all times

* Race clean and be friendly

* If you make a mistake and gain a position, give that
position back.

If you want to follow these rules you are very welcome to join.
Thanks for watching / reading.

Hey Jocke's back in action. 👍

Unusually for me, I've actually got all 5 of those cars in my garage! It's a sign that it's meant to be.
And we get to see @gkgamer again. :)

So count me in with - Number 8
With the exception of the WSR, for uniformity do you want them all painted the same colour?

(What, no diesels?)

The time slot is a bit iffy for me, but I'll see if I can race a couple of times.

I am interested but the time zone thing is too annoying, I cannot do it due to me working that time.
If I am able to, sign me up with the #25.

Fantastic Jocke.
I've been racking my brains to work out what OOE stood for since you mentioned it. :odd:

Please can you sign me up #88 and my psn/GTP names are the same: sutsagrd

However please be aware I will miss the last 2 races as away on hols by then. Happy to give my slot to someone else who can attend all the races and be on reserve list for first 3 races.

Paul, Colin you gents are too kind. Good to see you on board.
Seems I omitted one piece of information in the opening post
and that is the track details, should anyone feel like practising
before hand.

Suzuka, Monaco and Laguna Seca has got the default weather and
surface (not possible to change them).

Brands Hatch (modern layout)
Track clock: 2:40PM
Time progression: 1
Weather: 20%
Surface: 10%

Le Mans (2013 layout)
Track clock: 10PM
Time progression: 1
Weather: 0%
Surface: 0%

Now to head off to Paul's Dimrill Dale.. :)

With a little over three days to go we have eight sign-ups and that's just terrific. : )
Eight on the grid was my goal since GT6 doesn't have the interest it
once had. Here's the provisional grid in numerical order;

@cgg @jammy21 @tarnheld & @Zolon32 were you interested?
Good news coming from @IfAndOr tonight.

I had a word with them over at Paul Digital and told them to get things sorted out quickly or heads will roll. It's a sign I haven't been in the office recently.

Good grief it's a busy week, Midgets on Monday, Minis on Tuesday and Mines on Thursday!
And I haven't had chance to practice in any of them.

Is there a bonus for most spins?
360 or 720 points. :)

Cheers Jocke, not a bad drive once I'd got the hang of it. Should have practised my braking points a bit more. Had two good battles with Suts - we both had off track excursions. I got by him the first time but couldn't on the second. 👍

Good to see Bergele again too.
