How about you try searching instead of just throwing out whatever happens to cross your brain whilst your browser's tabbed to the Quick Reply box?

There were red and blue F1 cars in GT3 anyway, I own a dark red and light blue Polyphony001. PAL was of course different from NTSC.
 
I have collected 2 of each of the F1 cars in GT3 and all of them had different paint schemes... and even reracing some of the GT Formula events i've seen additional schemes that i don't have... i'm not sure how many there were in GT3 but there were quite a few.

As for being in GT4... didn't we already see screenshots with an F1 car in the Car selection mode?

I would doubt they'd be left out, as for real trim... not sure... i guess it depends on the licensing... if Sony now owns the F1 license, then that will probably materialize.
