Opening Fully Browsable GT5 TimeTrial Leaderboards & Stats

While the scores do have a meaning across all boards, if my calculations are correct then it is a lot easier to get high scores in some events than others.
The 400 pp event is currently the easiest with the 580 and 600 events being approximately the same.

Thats probably because even the best drivers can only go so fast when taking a roadster around Tsukuba on comfort medium tyres.

Is it possible to add the pp and tyres to a player's scores? I'd be interested in analysing my scores on these criteria.

A personal target would be nice. What would you use though? The time associated with a player's current ranking or the time needed to maintain the ranking which would be slightly lower.
 
Indeed, some events are more selective than others. You take the car power factor, we can also put track profile on the table. Hopefully, everybody can enter in any event.

PP can't be added to hiscore as this data isn't recorded online by the game. Tyres info is present, but like PP (probably), this is not an interesting data as they is no obvious reason for a player to downgrade his car from the specs allowed (at least for Time events). And based on tyres data i looked at, those player are rare (hence my choice to not display tyres).

If i add a time target, i guess it would simply look at the worst nscore taken into account until then, as beating it would raise the player Level ;-)
 
Although players don't downgrade their tyres I believe I'm generally better at the comfort soft tyre time trials and a friend of mine is better on the racing hard. We are very similar on the sports tyres events.
I was just interested in confiirming my suspicions.
 
From what you wrote in your last two messages, i understand that what you really want is not the tires and PP of a player, but the tires and PP allowed by the event, which are indicated on each board (but not on the player page, indeed).

One last question. When do you start using 22 events. Is it at 85, 86 or 87.

Last Time Trial "513PP Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy) '08 Nürburgring Nordschleife" added as Round-challenge "43-4".

The previous one will stay in a "Live" state for a while as changed are still made at official board in the hours following closing.
 
I've added the four new TT and DT live since today, but i'll close the previous boards tomorrow as it appeared in the past that these boards suffer changes several hours after their official closing, leading to a few duplicate records as i "froze" them to soon (impacting global scores of some players). Boards with duplicates have been reconstructed since (without scores & stats recalculation yet), and global scores (player Levels and all other stats pages) will be updated tomorrow if last closed boards pass the zero-duplicates test.

First, thank you for everything....My friends and i check the HP almost every day...now i have a question..when do you update the DT and TT which are closed?
 
The update of all scores, stats and tops have just been finished (it took almost four hours !)

@Johnnypenso, i don't know what you mean by "well compensated", but the promised bus full of virgins have never arrived. I shouldn't have believed that guy...

Thanks, i've just added the four first GT Academy TimeTrial (there was no reason for them to not be among other boards). They are "closed" (so fully browsable with all filters) but not yet included in the global player Time Level score.

I've changed the main board list you can see when you click on the "GT5 Time Trial - Leaderboards" left menu tab, to something more descriptive. So it's the best place to find the GT Academy challenge board you're looking for.

Milouse, first i want to say thank you...your HP is fantastic....but i have a question, why i dont see any tracknames of the gt academy TT's? If i look my TT records, the academy events are without track names...
 
That's because most of them are set on (in-game editor) generated tracks, hence not present to the mygranturismo.net track database where leaderboard pages looks for datas.
I've added a fallback so that it now displays "(generated)" instead of an empty cell ;-)
 
The new boards TT#45 and DT#45 are Live on mygranturismo.net.
Previous ones will be "closed", and their result include in globale player's score tomorrow.

Edit: All scores and stats have been udpdated with 2 new DT and 6 TT (2 previous + 4 not previously included GT Academy events in GT5)

What do you mean exactly by region? (group of countries like in GT Academy?)
If by Global rankings you mean a Top of ranked players, this is available by clicking on the "Rankings By PlayStation ID" tab. But if you ask for the global rank of each player to be displayed on his/her page along with the Time and Drift Scores, i'm reluctant to do it as it is less representative of performance than player score - but i may be wrong.

1) is it possible to sign in with facebook or psn account ?
2) there was an event last year right after american gt academy or something like that it was - Red bull X1 on Suzuka , can you add it plz
3)and one more event on nissan - generated track, if I remember correctly it had skid recovery option possible and no tunning like in redbull event

1) Not yet. Facebook is planned, but not PSN (current solution is unsecure).
2 & 3) If you have more info (like link to official board), yes.
 
The requested old Red Bull event is now on mygranturismo.net as Event "20 #3", and will be included in global scores on next update (in around 10 days).

No, i do not plan to add regional filter. Unless you tell me why it would be usefull ;-)

Could each player have a die-hard rank & nscore (where applicable).
(die hard=no aids or abs)

Is it possible to retrieve the data on Active Steering?

Im wondering what the professional field means on the exisitng leaderboards?

No, because Live events are changing constantly. All records details are displayed but not kept in database. I've made the choice of data freshness (which is exactly the same as official site) over filtering features.

I could look into it. Just for reference, on the very first TT seasonal event, 1002 players out of 211509 (0.5%) posted their time with abs set to 0, MT, and tcs set to 0. What would be Die Hard settings ?

I guess this data is inherited from GT5 Prologue where player had a choice on control mode, i should remove it now. 👍

Do you know what would be cool!,

Similar to the how the best overall result is highlighted green,
the worst result (included in calculating my rank) could be highlighted somehow.

Then I could aim for a certain position in a TT, so I could try improve my rank :D
 
Yes. I'm working on Forza Horizon right now, but i should do that after (we talk of something similar in an earlier post, but nothing done yet)
