Option to alter the outside temperature

I searched for the words 'temperature' and 'temperatures' but no previously posted threads came up.
If there already is a thread covering this issue I apologize.

It's great to be able to alter the time of day and all, and also whether it should be raining or not, but in addition to that I would like an option of being able to alter the outside temperature.

Let's say even though I go out onto the Nordschleife at 6am in whatever car, I'd like to still be able to experience it with a nice 20 degrees C / 68 degrees F in the air, as if it was in the middle of July.

Or on the flip side to that coin have it be only 4 degrees C / 39 degrees F even though the time is 1pm,
to simulate driving around the Nordschleife on a crisp November day.

Of course Europe, Asia and North America all experience different seasons at different times,
so the settings/environments at, for instance, Laguna Seca, Suzuka and Nordschleife would all be different even though the time and temperature would be the same.

It's just an idea. I wouldn't know how to incorporate it to the game or how it would actually work.

20°C at Nürburgring HAHAHAHA

They don't even reach 15° when F1 races there, I think.

Edit: Well, seems that they actually reach that temperature. But maybe not in July

Forecast for Nurburg tomorrow is 23°C

EDIT:-

@JockeP22, I like this thinking.

For example, it would be possible to simulate heatwave conditions, and assuming that GT6 would translate that into higher tire temperatures with different grip and wear characteristics, that would require the people in your lobby to make different pit decisions, and require a different driving approach to avoid excessive tire heating.

Higher temperatures may also translate into different speeds and fuel consumption.

Of course, in real life, high temperatures also affect mechanical reliability and driver exhaustion, both of which might be outside the scope of reasonable expectation.

And conversely, it would be possible to set up a cold snap.

If this feature can affect driver exhaustion, this is likely more pronounced if we had B-Spec.

Well, being that it already affects the way real people virtually drive, I think it should be here before B-Spec! ;)

Nice idea to have adjustable weather temperatures so you can experience differences in handling on each condition. Players can adjust temperatures making it 32 degrees C/100 degrees F at Willow Springs at around 3pm like in the Summer months, or -10 degrees C/14 degrees F at the Eiger Norwand at around noon like during the Winter months (the Eiger Norwand is based on a part-time ski resort on the "Kleine Scheidegg" mountain pass in the Bernese Alps).

As a bonus for extra realism, create adjustable weather conditions depending on temperatures. If the track supports rain, as the temperature goes to 0 degrees C/32 degrees F it will become a winter mix or snow (depending on track's real-world elevation) and below -2 degrees C/28 degrees F it would snow anywhere.
If they really want to push realism and the game has the power to provide it, if rain was already on the ground and temperatures suddenly drops below 32 degrees F, the road will start to become incredibly slippery due to ice forming (though this will likely require snow/ice tires to be accessible in pit stops on paved tracks).
