Pace car with lights?

Hi, I'm fairly new to GT5, and was wondering if anybody knows how/where to get the pace car with lights. I've been checking the used car thing as well as the online dealership every day for weeks, but I still haven't seen it. Thanks!

Ask for one in the Marketplace, or just keep refreshing the UCD and hope.

The car you want is the Nissan - GRAN TURISMO SKYLINE GT-R (Pace) '01 which is only available via the UCD.
