Quick question, if i paint my Ford GT '06 in Gold Chrome, what color will the stripes be?

I'm not sure, but some cars keep their stripes (same color as they were) and some don't. I think the Ford GT keeps them, but the only one that I know for sure keeps them is the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. But I'm pretty sure the GT keeps them. Just back up your save before hand and reset it if you don't get the desired result.

I know it keeps them, but they will change color with different paints, and I want to know what color they will be if I use Gold Chrome

I'm pretty sure they stay white unless you paint it a super light color, but I haven't painted mine yet.

If you want the Ford gt without stripes on it you can get it without stripes

I don't want it without stripes, I just want to know what color they will be before I paint it.

No good answers so far other than a prediction that they will be white.

Paint it and find out. If you don't like the results just exit the game and restart. You won't lose the chip or the money if you don't leave the paint car screen.

Stripes will either be black or white on the Ford GT.

If you don't like the color of the stripes, there's no need to back-up your data. Just as soon as you paint your GT and it is not how you liked it, exit the game from there. Don't even exit GT Auto, exit the game completely. The game doesn't save any changes to your car until you exit GT Auto. So if you restart the game, your GT will be how it was before you painted it.
I know this didn't exactly pertain to your question, but I figured I'd share a bit of information that seemingly not a lot of GT5ers are aware of.

-Edit-
I did this for myself to see if I could actually answer your question.
I painted my already Matte Dark Blue Ford GT Pheonixgelb Metallic. Which is as close of a shade to Gold Chrome as I could find in my collection and the stripes turned out to be white interestingly enough. If I had a Gold Chrome, or any chrome paint to begin with, I would been able to give you a spot-on answer.
But, if it doesn't turn out how you like it, obviously try what I said above. :)
Good luck. 👍

ok, thx for the answer

well the guy does not want to waste his chrome gold don't you understand?

Quite to the contrary, as I see you failed to notice, I gave him instructions to not waste the paint chip. :S
