Paint Items and Museum Cards

Ok, so after I updated, I only got 9 Paint items and Museum cards. It's not a big deal, but did this happen to you?

I get between 6 and 10 ... seems random, or maybe based on the amount of actual play time in a day.

My first guess is that you didn't log in the day PSN was down?

It's based on consecutive days of play or non-play.
It starts at 5. If you login again the next day you get 6, 3 consecutive days = 7, on up to 10 which is the max.

For each day you do not login it does just the opposite, if at 10 and miss 1 you will be back at 9, then would climb again to 10 if you always log in. If you were at 7 and missed a day you'll be at 6. If you were at 10 and missed 5 days you're back to 5.

I used to receive 10 up to the day of the 1.08 patch. The next day I received 8 paintchips. Followed by 8 again on the day after that (today).

So do you think PD reduce the max daily paint chips ? Maybe to relieve server congestion...

Is there a way to stop getting the login bonus and or deleting the museum cards. Those damned things annoy me

ahh this makes sense. i was wondering why some days i would get 6 or 7 and then other days i would get 5

I think it's random what amount you get. Most of the time I get 10, and sometimes I get less than 10, even 6 too.

I did not know that...thanks.

Does anyone even look at the museum cards or horns? I'm sure it would not be as easy but pretty much anything would be more useful than those items.

I agree and wonder about the same. I can't even give them away, because i usually get 10 cards a day, and the give away limit is 7.
