Painting standards

I have noticed in Photomode forums some Standards are being painted. How to paint a Standard car?

I've been able to paint every standard car that I've bought/received so far.

Same as a preium, go to GT auto, select respray option - away you go...

There are a some cars you can't paint though, one of my favourites is the NISMO R33gtr Le Mans road car, it comes in one colour only (grey) and you can't respray it

Race cars normally can't be painted.

Race cars normally can't be painted.

But then again, so can't any premium race cars, so that is a tad irrelevant in this discussion.

Re-paint cars in GT Auto. Most Standards non-race cars can be re-painted. Some Standards non-race cars cannot be re-painted (NISMOs, Chevelle, Mugen S2000).
