Yo, Rob. Right click the pic (hey that rhymes) and save it, as say pic1. Then go to avatars, your own upload, browse, open the file and there u have ure avatar.
PS if u must shrink it first, save my avatar and shrink your pic to a bit smaller than mine, as mine is just on the limit.
