I am in so much favor of this event to be in the Sixaxis competition. I so love this car, and I love the tire selection even more!! I was able to get about 2:35:xx with full lock drifting! So I'm sure I can get about the 30's if I use fast drift for this event.
 
the event is growin on me lol

best so far is a 2:29:xxx with no aids :)
 
Had a great couple of great races with rexc tonight, although I did start out quite shakily (first time on the event). Cheers mate hope to catch you on again soon :)

Forget the times sorry guys, think could be around the 2:29 mark with no aids for me.

I was behind a slower driver and going through Dunlop I tried to cut in on the inside and obviously put to much acceleration and got it massively sideways and I think you came through mr_VOLCANO but I still managed to get it straight again but by that time you had two seconds on me. Great fun.
 
There is one great thing in this event, what other events dont have.

Even you screw up in the first corner, at first lap... it really aint 'Game Over'. There is so much action going on, that everybody are gonna loose seconds at some point of race. (GTRP_Hugo is exception ofcourse)

i made 2 mistakes in that race.. 1-bump on PrudentBear .. so we waited on the side of the the circuit until the last car ... then we recover some positions.. 2-was making my move to reach 2nd.. but that wasnt a good move :crazy: and lost it again... then you lost it too... and thats it! everything could happen on this one!

exciting until the end! we should never give up... this is the best event that PD gave us since prologue is out!

Thanks mate, you were also very fast and hard to catch, to bad that Auto Aki wasn´t filming behind us as we went side by side through the hole esses :)

New free run time, 2'27.124. No TC, ASM or Active steering, ABS @ 1, Replay saved.
I still cannot get my best sector times together, was to slow in degner and 130r and and and :dopey: a mid 2:26 should be possible soon
best total racetime was a 12:22.085

Average i do in 130r not less than 165km/h, corner entry is around 175
 
Ok, my 130r speed is right then...just feel slow :lol: I lost alot in hairpin too you yesterday, you use hole second gear or early shift? I will join in 1 hour..
 
I´ve tried the freerun.

02:26:793 was my best after 3 Laps. There is much more possible...
btw: driven with NO aids :D

:bowdown: thats a brilliant time after 3 laps. I had only a 2:27.5 after 2 laps and needed a few trys then to get the 2:27.1. i blow it always in spoon or 130r :indiff:
What is your T1 and T2 time?

my 02:26:7xx is not really fast. i´ve also lost a bit at the exit of the spoon.
i will try it again today, or maybe tomorrow :D.

I said aggresive, not offensive. You didn't hit me, no. But watching you steam into T1, overtaking it's what I'd deem aggressive.

You clearly state "too aggressive". To me that sounds you're criticizing his driving. You're a fast driver, but you always have to be aware of people that are even faster. There's a select group of drivers who aren't only fast, but can also overtake on places you won't expect. Ramon is one of them. What's wrong with being aggressive when you race according the rules?

That statement inbetween brackets is not really representative when you base that on only one race ;) My other 3 races that night were a disaster, mostly due to other drivers on track, but also because of my own mistakes...

Keep up the good work recording those races 👍 Really entertaining and helpful at the same time :)

on the Entry to turn 1, I saw him sweep right cutting it very close to the person he overtook, and then again darted to the inside and caused a couple of incidents behind him in doing so. In the same race and lap, he got punted in the esses. That is being ''too aggressive'' in my books. I might be confusing you with someone else, but I'm sure we had an agreeing conversation with eachother about moving infront of people when entering a braking zone. It's just not something I like to have happen to myself.

I did not make a complaint, as it did not affect me, as I was further back.

I'm fully aware people are faster than me, some much faster. This event proves that! I'm an aggresive racer myself in real life, I'm always pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable. But it must be this forum that's made me want to trickle around turn 1/lap 1...just to enjoy the whole race ahead.

Like I said, he wasn't offensive, he was just too aggressive in my opinion. He reminded me of how I used to race before I became a GTP member. (Just about 5 seconds a lap faster ;) )

It's difficult to proper judge the situation you describe, but it doesn't sound that severe. You know Ramon is a member here and he's a well respected member in the GT community. Why not send him a PSN message or pm him here? I'm sure he'll respond kindly if you would ask him please not to move in front of others in the braking zone, because of the problems that gives due to the exaggerated slipstream effect.

We as admins have asked several times not to accuse people in public, when things could have been solved in private. Again, you decide otherwise. Even if Ramon's actions didn't affect you directly this time. Please let this be your last warning.

have not watched your replay yet, but sounds like you make your time in 130r and casio. i just watched my 2:27.124 replay and i had a 1:06:088 in T1 and a 1:58.4 in T2. it looked like i lost a few tenth in casio because i was very wide :dopey:

Maybe i will try the free run again, but to be honest, i don´t like hotlapping at all and prefer practicing in racing.
