I honestly have no idea why it's doing this but the gas pedal on my Hori Racing Wheel 3 is crooked and keeps sticking, any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I dont know much about that wheel but if its under warranty see if you can get it serviced. If not take it apart and have a look around.
Maybe its simply popped out of position and can snapped back in place, otherwise it sounds like the pivot point might be broken.

EDIT after a bit of research I'd say consider yourself lucky that the wheel worked at all, this wheel has a lot of bad reviews.
