I have been doing some research on the F40 and noticed that the car is either modelled wrong or it's model information is incorrect.
The F40 in GT5P is a "92 model. Source; 'Pre-release thread'.
Here is two images of real life F40's model "92
And then here is two images of the in-game F40 model "92
As you can see both real life F40's model "92 have glass side windows and very pronounced rubber tip to the front bumper. However the in-game images of the F40 model "92 have plastic windows and a not so pronounced rubber tip bumper. This may be a modelling error but if you look at this image of a real life F40 model "89:
It shows the same windows and same bumper as the in-game F40 model "92. This makes me think that PD have confused themselves and have written down the wrong model number for F40. Hopefully these kind of errors can be fixed in GT5; thats if they pick up on it.
