Tickets are better than real gold in the current GT5 economy it seems. Should have saved a few. Might have to spend some time gathering them on the alt account, and TRY to resist opening them.......
That is for sure. But my idea is difficult and I need to find the right tool to do it.
I've used to be a sysadmin on unix and windows machines, but that is 8 years ago... and things change in 8 years.

Well all I can say is good luck but you're right 8 months is a long time in computer technology never mind 8 years..but if it does work then you'd be rich in more than just tickets I'd imagine..
Sorta, somewhat wrapping my mind around all of this trading things to my alt to save it, but it makes my old brain hurt trying to figure out the most efficient way to go about it. hehe Getting it done, but it seems like it takes forever with the restrictions, and I think I'm losing trade cycles...... lol

I do also have only 1 ps3. And my only friend with a ps3 lives 45 minutes car driving and he doesn't have his ps3 online....
Just collect...took me also since December 2010 to get what I have.
And since a few months it all became much much easier to collect anyway.
The only change in bad way was 1 trade per ps3 and limit > 1mil.

Master plan #2 was sending a car with matte paint on it in hopes of getting the paint chip......wrong again.... LOL
If we could get paint chips by the sponge glitch....my, my, that would be nice as well. But as it is, it's still a nice hobby, and a decent break from the drudgery of real life

Most of the old traders have multiple sub accounts. I did at some point have 5 subaccounts which I used to send stuff daily to my main account.
But back then, the highest payout was 140k or so....so it took 10 races before you got a bit of cash to buy something....
Yeah money for buying stuff is NOT an issue when you can snag 500K+ in under 4 minutes. Bout the only thing I run out of these days is paint and that is because I enjoy messing around with different color combos to see what I can come up with that looks decent.

After I decided on the car, it took me a week to decide on the color, and every possible mod option I was going to do to it, including experiments in photoshop, then took another three hours once I was at the dealership picking the "right" one. Snagged the 08 GT model in late 07, right off the delivery truck. Still had the plastic protection sheets stuck to it. Had them peel all of them off so I could inspect her bumper to bumper......... I'm a picky old fart when it comes to my toys, but I sure do enjoy them.
Now, back to the regularly scheduled thread......... The XJ13 and GT-40 can be won through the Indy 500 if I remember right ? That gonna take my goofy AI driver bout 2 hours or so ?
I'm a collector of paint chips so I want to have every single one(which is going to take an eternity i know as I've read there is nearly 5000 of them) so I only have factory colours.And yes GT40 '69 can be won from the Indy 500 B spec.
