Yea, I just started working on a tune for SSR7. I should have it done by tomorrow sometime and I'll provide a pic as always. 👍 I'll also take a pic from Eiger for you too.
 
Used Cargo's tune with some very minor tweaks, mainly diff and front to rear split to 48/52. Got a 59:026 after a few runs. Pretty happy with this as a start.

Did this one at the very beginning and got to 1st early on, somehow I've managed to stay in the top 20 so I'm very happy over here so far. With the FT-1 challenge being more important to me right now and that monstrosity on Eiger (can't get gold after 20mins :mad:) I may not make it back to this one. If I do I'll try your tune @GTP_CargoRatt. 15xst-th on the RX-7 so far :dopey:.
 
Yep, stock '85 Turbo for me too. Enjoyed this one. Can't remember my time exactly, but it was around 1:02 I think.

Did anyone do this in anything other than the 205? :lol:

I started out with the '98 406 Coupe 3.0 V6 and it was OK but needed a tune, I think. I got silver in it then switched to the 205. With some fiddling I think the V6 might be OK but the 205 has more initial zip.

58.703 with slightly modded Cargo tune. Been 2 car lengths up on my ghost but stuffed the final corner several times.

I found a 207GTi in my garage. I might have thrown an exhaust on it but kept it mostly stock.
It was fun, the car has predictible lift of oversteer, easy gold.

59.417 good for 114th atm with cargo's tune (thank you so much), comparing myself to top 10 laps im already atleast a tenth down going into the 1st corner. Not 100% sure when the best time to change gear is though, is it close to the redline (7500rpm) or should i push it all the way to 8000rpm when its about to hit the limiter?

Edit: had a look in the datalogger and it looks like compared to Crank (10th last time i checked) he's getting on the accelerator a split second before me so maybe i need to try that

I got up to 10th position on my hongkong account using @GTP_CargoRatt tune but i did a little experimentation with the suspension and went the full 7/7 on the anti-roll bars and i instantly improved by 2 tenths. I changed the LSD settings also to:
30-40
16-45
9-5
torque distribution to 50/50
Hope this helps :)

Edit: Sorry for using 2 accounts for this tt but i wanted to buy a new 205 so i didn't have to waste credits on my crank one.

Another 2 tenth improvent and now up to 4th just behind doodles :D
I would love to see RajMans setup as he's using a stick or maybe he is just too bloody good with it :lol:

Kinda strange. Usually Rajman uses a wheel. I had no idea he could be this good with a DS3 as well. Although I remember using one of his setups in a time trial back in GT5. It was one of the most glorious things I've driven. He's incredible when it comes to tuning. :eek:

Edit: Great changes Crank! Already up to a 57.735 for P2 with several more tenths to find! I've been up to a tenth ahead of Rajman entering the last sector only to be too cautious. :ouch:

Edit 2: Was a tenth ahead entering the last turn only to hit the wall and spin out. :lol:

Just tried to view your ghost but you have pushed out to 15th. How the hell is everyone so fast, so quickly . Anyone know how many drivers actively take part in the these consistently?

Odd that you will post your setup to a fellow competitor now but you wouldn't post your setup when I asked you a few weeks ago. :odd: I think your excuse was because you didn't want your closest competitors to take the win with your setup, but now you share with Andrew which is more than capable of beating you. Please, help me understand your logic. I have no problems helping and sharing with the community, and I'm sure you have benefitted from my help at one point or another, but seem to only wanna share with a few select people or post your setup after the event is over.

@Bertracer Crank is using two accounts, he is also KING_DON_ONE79 in 3rd place. You can download his ghost from that account.

Used your diff settings and improved a tad into the 58's barley with a 58:949. Thanks for sharing and maybe a few hundreds .200-.400 in it for me, if I can string a good clean and smooth yet fast lap together.

I recommend to all fellow plodders to use this tune.
@lisanorm you are very similar to me, so I recommend this for you to break into the top 100.
I am currently in 179th:cool: "L" plates
