There's a game on Teuteuf games that I play called "when taken." You get a series of 5 photos and you've to guess where and when they were taken. You might quite enjoy it.
Then-former US President Teddy Roosevelt became the first US President to fly in this early Wright Flyer in 1910 at the St Louis County Fair.
The photo is before his brief overflight of the county fair crowd.
An unusual sight with the American firm Pepsi being advertised inside the iron curtain. Pepsi was one of very few western brands on sale in the Warsaw Pact on a country-by-country basis; it had been on sale in Czechoslovakia since 1973.
Pepsi remained popular and even outsold Coca-Cola 2:1 in the 1990s until Coke took its place as the 2nd most popular cola behind the native Kofola.
An old Medieval Chantry Chapel built into the side of Chantry Bridge in 1356, Wakefield. This Victorian photo (1919 Postcard) taken shows the Chapel already 563 years old.
The chapel is still there today and is 1 in only a handful of these types of building left in the UK. You can still go inside today too.
