I am sure you did! May I ask which uni you are choosing? A local one like Aston or City? and which course too?

if all goes well id be doing Motorsports Technology at BCU (Birmingham City University)

and my insurance is Automotive Engineering at Staffordshire (this seems really quite 'dry' though hence insurance!!)

Sounds great! What are your Career plans?

yup, well my dad works for JLR (JaguarLandRover) and because he's been for there for a while he has contacts that work in Jaguar, and i would love it if i could get like a work placement there in motorsports division OR if that dont fall in place i would probably look for a work placements in other forms of motorsport and another option that i would love to have is to go to Japan and work for one of the tuners there such as Voltex or Auto Select ( i love JDM!) or something along those lines...BUT my ultimate goal would be to be in the Vodafone Mclaren F1 team!!!!!!

time will only tell as they say!!

LUCKKKYYYY! I have always wanted to be an F1 driver, but I know that'll never happen. Engineering for me is just a bit of an expensive way to keep me busy lol. I guess an F1 engineer is gonna be cool! If I do that, i'll be working for a team where I can meet Schumi lol

please say you guys are still here, I have just enjoyed reading ahead for this years course :dopey:. We have just being doing electric fields and capacitors, and it blew 2 things. My head, and a capacitor. someone changed my power pack to 12v when me and my partner weren't looking, and it may have been ok, if our teacher hadn't given us one's that were designed to be used on a 2v circuit
