While I agree it was neither the correct section nor anything worthy of a new thread, I feel a little more tact could have been employed instead of the "blatantly obvious" degradation. GTP on a whole is better than that.

Its a useless thread because you, or any first time user, can find it in the FAQ, which someone posted for you. Also, I don't see how posting this thread is faster than searching.

I can't speak for the rest of GTP, but the drift section is not better then that. This place is like an ocean full of sharks waiting for the smell of fresh blood. The second they smell it, its feeding time. People get ripped to shreds.
