Why do you prefer your favourite pizza delivery service?

If I were to mention something most people know, Dominoes, after they fixed up after that mishap (I'm sure we've seen that video of the people sticking cheese up their noses and putting it into the sandwich still).

But for something more in my area, Seniore's Pizza, open until 3 AM, truly an epic place, they deliver quick and make a quality pizza.

Did Pizza Hut give you the pizza for free?

Usually when they give a time, and go over that time by 20-30 minutes, they have to give it for free.
 
Being a student, it all comes down to price.

When it comes to Pizza though, I like to take it out the store, I don't like a soggy Pizza because its been sat in the box for 10 minutes.

As for best flavour - Pizza Hut, although it is rather expensive.
 
I made a good pizza today. Fresh mozzarella (little balls of cheese in water, not grated) with mushrooms, bell peppers, a mixture of fresh and dried herbs, and some calabrese salame from the local italian market. It was fantastic. The cheese is what made it great, I think. I also used a new olive oil on the crust, it was garlic infused so I didn't add any garlic at all.

So tasty :drool:
 
None, I dislike Pizza, especially if it has chicken on it.

I enjoy Papa Johns the best. They seem to be the best by me. Love their pizza, and it gets to my house real quick.
 
I voted Price.

The reason why is because my cousin is a manager at the Papa Johns near the lake,so i get Pizza's pretty darn cheap. :)
 
We ordered a medium pizza from a place around the block (papa johns) and the final cost was around $20+ dollars? and it took an hour and a half until it arrived? Can some one explain?
 
^ That'll be the last time you order a 'zza with half Totino's pizza rolls/half fresh mermaid, won't it?

Sadly the big pizza franchise companies are not very well present over here (only in the big cities), but we have at nearly every corner a "small" pizza service. So, it's mostly a trial & error game. :)

But ey, who cares. I can have one of the best frozen pizzas on the planet, for the half prize of a "fresh" one.
If you get the chance, you should try out one of the Dr. Oetker pizzas, they are really great. :dopey:👍

It's like that over here, only a couple of big chains, with loads of individual shops (Though i'm pretty sure they are owned by the same company(s) but independantly managed, kind of like how some brewery owned pubs are run).

Not spectacular, but among the best you can buy frozen. I usually buy them when on buy one get one free offers which means two pizzas for roughly £3 :D

When living in halls last year I tended to go for a small chain named Pizza Uno. They had a deal on with large pizzas, buy one get one free (For collection only, but as it was only 5 minutes away...) it meant two 12" pizzas for £6-7 :D which is cheaper than one small from Dominoes/Pizza Hut. It's well accepted that (in the UK at least) Dominoes and Pizza Hut are terrible value unless on special offer, but that only brings them in line with other takeaways. For me, my local shop does far better pizzas than both, and they also do Parmos, so it's no contest.

I also had a guy a couple of weeks ago who topped up the price of our order to try and get a tip. I was going to tip him anyway, but what he asked for was actually less than I intended. It's commonplace to give tips here, but due to our minimum wage, you can guarantee they're probably earning something half decent if they're old enough to drive.

Here in NY, where I live, sometimes I order from pizza hut, the pizza hut is not too far from me, but they take a long time. Also I get from "Gabys pizzeria"
