playing videos/problems

I am fairly new to this site and have found quite a few goods things to research. One of the things I look at is the videos to see how others run the cars. Well, most of the videos have messed up pictures. It has the correct audio but the colors are all out of wack. Does anyone know what is happening here? They open with Realplayer if that helps.

you should install ACE MEGA CODECS PACK or Nimo codecs pack.
you should use windows media player, bsplayer, light alloy for opening movies(any of the three is good).
Use realplayer only for real media(.rm files).
