As soon as I got to this point, I just thought "Buy DiRT 4, no question." Then I read the rest and was like... Yeah, you're still better off with DiRT 4. The Gamer handling brings back the arcadey feel of DiRT 3 and makes the game accessible to those new to the rally genre. Plus accumulating cash is not difficult so you can enjoy a significant amount of the content even if you don't have much time to play (plus you can drive any car you like from the get go in freeplay). Personally I wouldn't touch Project CARS (1 at least) at all, it ran horribly on the Xbox One and had poor controller support. Probably doesn't fare much better on a regular PS4.
