PlayStation store price?

It has the PS4 version as £14 and the PS5/PS5 version costing £35. Could I not just buy the PS4 version and upgrade to the PS5 for free like a lot of other games or am I unable to do that as they are two different games?

Someone asked this the other day and it looks like the free upgrade still exists.

I literally just bought ACC earlier this morning and got the upgrade for free. $11.99 when he PS5 version is going for 39.99.
Paid the 11.99 for the PS4 version os ACC and downloaded the PS5 version for free
