Sorry, I'm not helping much. Hmm...buying the top of the line tires are only a temporary solution and I doubt you're losing because the Camaro can't handle. Since I haven't played the game in a lil while, I can't give u exact settings for the Z28. But here I'll try to help...somewhat...

I recommend investing some $$$ in a new car, preferably an R34 Skyline or a Lancer. They not only have incredibly-high horsepower outputs, they handle pretty well and the 4WD drivetrain will prove to be a valuable asset come time for rally racing.

I would have to agree, but I too couldn't help you with the Z28 considering that I only have an SS, but it might be the same setup who knows.

To be honest, I've never really heard of anyone who has used the Z28 as a 2nd or 3rd car to race. The only reason I have it is because after i beat the game, i decided to go on a "get-every-car" shopping frenzy.

No. Don't get the RUF Boxster (did i spell that right?!). That will be the death of you (and you're money).

Nissan Skyline R34 V-Spec II. 1074 HP when fully tuned. You will burn the competition in Amateur and cruise thru rally.

How much money do you have? What licenses? How far are you into the game? Will this be your 3rd or 4th car?

A good car for the money would be a Mustang SVT Cobra R, but your budget may be a little higher than I'm thinking. A Nissan Skyline GTR V spec II is a pretty fast car, but you might have trouble controling it at hight speeds, it all depends on your driving skills.

The Cobra R is a pretty good car, but be forwarned...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RALLY RACE WITH THAT THING!!! Just because it accepts rally tires doesn't mean you'll win anything in it. I think it maxes at around 700+ hp if i'm not mistaken. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Lancer 7 Evo. It's basically a Skyline toned down a bit. It handles a lot better with great hp production.

To answer your question Shadow, go with a Skyline or a Lancer. I guarantee you will not be dissapointed with either.

Yep can't go wrong with either, for speed I would go for the Skyline, the Lancer is more handling, or at least compared to the Skyline.

These are just my suggestions. By no means, take my suggestions as a must. You must experiment for yourself. Buy a car, test it out, don't save. Repeat this process until you find one that you like and stick with it.

The Zo6 is ok I guess, only if you've tuned it to the max though. Otherwise it's not that great in my mind. Looks good in Black though, I'll say that much for it, but I think there are better cars for the money. I just got through completing Begginer and Amateur leagues and I just bought one so I could have it, it wasn't good until I suped it up to the max, and even still it only placed like 8th in my max speed test.
