Poll: Custom Folder for the Garage

Paint Chips need a Favorites folder.

Better organization will come from simply making Custom Folders. I was expecting to have something like this before GT5 released.

And another useful feature (IMO) would be to have the ability to set the change view (when you press square in the garage) to be a default, so instead of always loading just car names, the ability to have it load the option with larger thumbnails would be handy. And bound to be an easy update!

I think this is a great idea, but it would be even better if you could group cars; similar to Forza 4.

Apologies for a bit of duplication in part from what others have said but here are my thoughts.

What would give the most freedom is two types of folders.

Type 1 would be the ability to save custom filters that are user defined. That way you could choose any combination of data fields (more than currently used) regarding the car to define the criteria for whether the car is included in a folder. That way if you buy a new car it would automatically be included the next time you select that filter/folder. These types of filters could include some pre defined presets for classes of car or cars that need an oil change. Clearly cars would be available in more than one folder if they meet multiple folders criteria.

Type 2 - multiple folders like the favourites folder for manual adding and removing of cars based on the whims of the user. They should be nameable.

Obviously everything should be included in the garage options online.

In addition all car editing tools not currently online eg engine stage upgrades, oil change, weight reduction, sprayshop etc should be available when online.

Would pay to see this as a feature, It'd make my life so much easier to have folders, Sort everything into Stance, Cruise, Race, DLC, Stock for online/in general.
