I talkted about this in the "Trading Beyond the Patch" thread in the market section.
Cap Yes....1 Mil....No
As stated above, I agree with raising the cost cap to say around 7.5mil, it will allow all the LMs and other racers to be traded but stop the trading of the X2010, F1s, etc that caused this whole mess to begin with.
I also agree with limiting the number of trades per PS system per day, but I think 3 would be fair, as webwolf said, most households only have 1 PS3 in it, and if you have 2 people playing only 1 can trade per day....no good, 3 being a fair number in that it would allow multiple users to trade on the same day, but still once again prevent people that caused this mess from created max number of sub accts and trading 20+ times amongst themselves or others.
They are the ones that wanted OVER 1000 cars in the game for us to collect, it would take almost 3 years to trade every single different car at 1 per PS3 per day.
Parts can stay at 5, horns can stay at 5 (theres only 280 and most people dont get more than 1 a week to begin with).
Museum cards, and paints. You can be given up to 10 a day, so as stated above, make the limit 10 per user per day.
Also, seperate but included in my reasoning, selling cars...PD capped the trading value, so they should allow us to sell ALL cars. Now, I dont mean they should keep the same equation with the more expensive cars, but a sales cap. Right now you can sell a 495k car for just about 130k, increase the equation to go to 1mil cars to be sold for up to 300k, then beyond 1Mil in purchase value capped at 350k....if I want to sell my 20mil vettel that you gave me as a prize and will never be driven, it should be my option to sell it for 350k or so....not just "remove it from garage".
I'm done...lol
