Well why would they lock full version?
Even in Prologue the FUJU 10 LAP on PRO is unlocked. I was racing with couple people from JAPAN the other day. So no reason full game should be locked.

I agree with NoxNoctis Umbra, it wont be fully locked, i would like it if all online races were unlocked but i think only some will be world events kinda like now with the prologue,

For the poll, I will be getting the NTSC version unless the release date's for NTSC and PAL are far enough apart that i can import a PAL copy before the release of GT5 in the US.
 
I will be buying PAL, all my games are PAL so why would GT5 be any different. I would hope there will be no region locking anyway, therefore there would be no need to own more the one copy.
