possible to acquire car in normal series? (3 race)

okay so you can win the ginetta G4 in the beginner lightweight-k club race, a car which my dad used to own and race and loved dearly...

and i won a yellow one.. but want a blue one lol

anyways, in the special condition races you can "clear records" and do the race again to win the car... again

is there any way to do this with the normal series races, i know you can with the races where its like 5 or so and you go from one to the other, but the normal races when you can choose from the few and just finish them and acquire the car any way you want.

is this possible, or will i have to save on another memory card and send my 100k from GT3 and try to win a blue one?

Yes it is possible all you have to do is race the series again. When you go to race the first race it will ask you if you want to clear the data.

Right on. I think the only cars you can't win more than once will have a little message saying as such at the bottom of the "Congratulations" screen with your shiny, new revolving ride. The only ones I've seen that are only offered once are the cars you get when you pass all of your license tests.

I don't think you can clear mission hall races either, but I'm not near my game so I can't confirm.
 
You can only clear races where you don't enter the "series" option (the first option that allows you to do all the races one after the other without quitting). Here you just re-select the series option and though it doesn't ask you if you want to clear the records, you will still win the prize car again. I know because I've been racing the Deitche Meisterschaft Cup in the European Hall over and over again, and I've never been asked to clear the records.
 
Anderton Prime stands correct :). I did this as well, and sold that Bens for over 700k. Some complain that GT4 doesn't exceed much over GT3, but I believe the fact that you can win the prize cars again and again, is a MAJOR change. Thanks PD!

I did the "Tuning Grand Prix" won that and went back an hour later entered series, DID not have pop-up asking to clear. Won Series again and won same car.
Where is this "clear data" screen showing up?
 
You can clear the data for single race events only, NOT the series races since you don't have to.
 
I have two Ginetta G4s, so yes, you can do it. My first one is blue (like what you want) and I won it early on in A Spec mode. The second one (white this time) I won training my B Spec driver. I had never heard of the car before GT4, but that is one of the things I really like about the GT series... I always learn about so many great cars that I've never seen before.

It doesn't on series races from what I understand.

..how did you get 2 G4's when you can only get it in individual races..?? lol feel like an idiot right now, but how is that possible?

its what.. 3 race series (individual series).. how did you get that to work?
did you clear records somehow or what?? .. so confused :(

You win the G4 in the K car cup. After you win once go back and race it again, click on the first race and then click race it will ask you if you want to clear records. Click clear do the whole series over again and you can win another car.
