Well done in any car. I love driving the Green Hell, but can't for the life of me break that 7:00 mark. I have come close, in much faster cars than that Audi, but still can't master that beast of a track. I find myself permanently devoted to the Nordschleife in hopes of finally getting the hang of it. Some day... some day...

Keep trying dude, you get better and better with experience, trust me. When I started out the Nurburgring scared me After a while it becomes second nature and a sub 7 minute time comes naturally.

Thanks... I think that I will try running some seemingly slower cars in my line-up more often... probably finally pick up that Audi wagon... and try it that way. Maybe a Zonda R is not the way to learn the track. Too many wipe-outs.
I did thoroughly enjoy that Lupo challenge. I need to try out all of my cars on the track to find the one most suited to my driving...

By the way - does anyone on here know where to find my statistics on these courses? Does the game keep a record of my lap times on each track in the save file so that I can see my improvement? I can't seem to find it, but i know the game saves everything.

nice, i was racing my bob on daytona and he won by .021sec! i hadn't been paying attention, but then when i looked on the last lap i flipped to see how close they were! AHHH it was epic

Yeah I really wouldn't recommend something like a Zonda at all if you're starting. Something you enjoy driving. If you enjoy the car it will be much easier for you.

Had a blast on Cape Ring earlier with that Audi. All I did was change the oil, using no driving aids. Absolutely fantastic car (wagon?) to drive and belies it's size.

My biggest craping myself moment was the nascar championship. i won by 0.052. i thought my heart was going to jump out my mouth.

Same here, I won that Daytona race by about .01x
Got my PSN trophy on that race.
I swear if that finish line was just a foot further I would have lost.

ok I tried it aswell in a modded M3 GTR'03.
I didn't fully tune it as I wanted it to be more challenging. No weight reduction has been made and I could have upgraded the engine further, but decided to keep it below 500 hp.

364 kw equals 488 bhp.
Weight is 1350 kg.

and yeah those pics have an extremely poor quality; but when i was heading to the cam the result board already disappeared.

Wait till you get to the formula one races, they are hard! I won all of them except monaco (cote d'azur), now i officially hate that track.

I had the exact same problem, won them all and thought Monaco would be a walk in the park from other race/sims but with the default FGT setup it spins the tires so much into and out of slow corners that eventually the AI just crashed and spun me and I finished last from being so shaken up... I'm guessing if I had looked for a better FGT low speed setup I would have been ok, but I'm not going to redo that FGT championship for a while.

So I tried the RS4 online like some guy said
Averaged a 6:53 laptime
And DOMINATED anything that went near it
F40s, minolta Toyotas, and an X2010 (Granted it was probably driven by a blind person because they sucked.)

Had a LOT of fun with this thing.
I highly recommend you guys try it out.

To Hell with the ZZII being the best bang for your buck - This is way better and also cheaper I think

how much was the RS4? The ZZII costs 60k Cr only and I just ran a 6:26 on Nurburgring.
Dont know how you figured the RS4 would be better though, it is way too heavy and big.

I think it was 34k. I can't really remember. I'm probably really wrong there.

Funniest victory i had was racing online yesterday against an M3 GTR, Z4M Coupe, Skyline R34 etc and I beat them all using a Range Rover Stormer plus we were all restricted to 404 hp. I though it would drive like a 2 tonne elephant but it goes like stink.
