Wow, thats the best vehicular transportation Ive ever seen. Sweet.
0-60 in less that 8 seconds, able to do the 1/4 pipe in less than 15 seconds with a rail or two in between.
Heck, reminds me of my board when I used to ramp and ride vert.

Nice change from the motorized crowd. Nice antecdote too. ;)

Nice Mitsu man, very clean.
Gt+4 would've been the way to go on the 3000 as that 220 hp is all it takes to make the thing just go. They weigh a ton so that hp rating is rather mild and anemic forf the vehicle. Too bad too.
Still, nice mitsu and keep it clean. Some mods would do it some good on the go end of it. ;)

first of all, its a dodge.

second, what is a GT+4

its a stealth, not a 3000gt.

mine does weigh 3900 lbs like the twin turbo ones, it only weighs 3300.

It's a Mitsubishi.

In 1993, Dodge won the contract to pace Indy, and so they chose the Stealth to do it. Rumours were abuzz, though, when people found out that Mitsubishi - a Japanese company - built the car for Dodge (at Indy?! Blasphemy!)! So Dodge had to can the car at Indy and put out a concept version of the Viper, which was really popular and ultimately contributed to the decision to produce it.

Uh, yeah, I thought you knew that.
Sorry for the mistake. :banghead: :(
Most of Chrysler/ Dodge products have Mitsubishi in its blood. ;)
second, what is a GT+4
The Mitsubishi 3000GT+4 was the top line version of the marque. It was by far the best iteration of the 3000 as it had the twin turbo's with 4wd.
They are kind of rare so yo dont see too many of them. They also made a Mitsubishi Galant +4 with the turbo motor and 4wd about the same time period. They were quick and ultimate sleepers for the day. Heh, that was before cars like that really became popular. ;) :D
Again, sorry 68 Cuda for the misinterpretation on your nice ride.

Actually, I'm not sure if they shared a single panel on the outside excepting maybe the ones that opened. They're very easy to identify as different when seen: 3000GT used different wheels (the Stealth's wheels were always cheaper-looking), the Stealth had a lower profile, the 3000GT was slightly more boxy. The Mitsubishi's side vents were more pronounced than the Dodge's. Brake lights were different, also, and the Mitsubishi sometimes had a larger wing (in more expensive trims). Check 'em out (Stealth first, then Mitsubishi):

There is some information and pictures of the +4 or VR4 3000GT.

Here is my Lancer Evolution VIII. I'm going to take some better pictures tomorrow showcasing my first mod!! An S2000 antenna:D I, like many of the Evo owners, didn't care for the rc car look of the antenna and the s2000 one is more than half the length of the oem Mitsu part. Other than that, she is stock until my Buschur intake gets here.
